Upon deciding to work together, I’ll create a customized meal plan tailored to your SPECIFIC dietary preferences & health goals.

This will eliminate confusion and frustration in the kitchen, saving you a whole lot of time & energy!

During our initial consultation we’ll uncover your nutritional needs and create a plan that excites you to eat healthy and start cooking!

I understand not everyone has the TIME to cook. With this in mind I’m happy to extend my meal prep services to those that desire to eat healthy, however lack the time and resources required to cook delicious & nutritious food throughout the week.

*All meals will be vegan, gluten-free & certified organic.

I find this keeps things simple and eliminates any potential allergens & cross-contamination.

Each week’s menu will consist of a healthy snack option soup, entree, & dessert option to keep you satiated throughout the week. Feel free to MIX & MATCH menu items as you wish!

Upon receiving my weekly menu, CHOOSE 1 option from EACH category and EXPECT to recieve 4-6 servings of each menu item. :-)

Each week the recipes will rotate to keep things FRESH and EXCITING! You will receive your menu on Friday and the meals on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending upon your location.

  • Based upon your dietary needs and preferences, I will create a plan unique to your physical & mental constitution.

  • The investment for customized monthly meal PLANNING is $222, while the investment for BOTH monthly meal PLANNING AND weekly PREPPING is $1,333, breaking down to $333 a week , (groceries included).

  • Yes.

    A single-month commitment is required as this gives your body the time necessary to adjust to plant-based eating and take note of HOW your body responds.
